After starting its operations in construction industry in 1983, our Group has been involved in the tourism sector after finishing the construction of Aloha Hotel and Club Turkuaz – Titan Hotel in Antalya/Alanya, Amarente Hotel in Doğanbey/İzmir, Club İzmiralda in Seferihisar/İzmir, and Baytur Hotel in Bodrum/Muğla. While implementing construction projects related to the tourism sector, our Group won the rights to land allocation in the context of the implementation of the first build-operate-transfer model in Turkey in an auction operated by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 1986. The construction of Club Aloha Holiday Village was completed under this model.

In addition to our previous housing construction projects of Çıracı Houses and Özlem Holiday Complex, and the latest projects of Aloha Residences and Aloha Houses; we have been active in tourism. Our agencies within the Group have been rewarded with a Group "A" operation license by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) and are also International Air Travel Association (IATA) certified.

Together with our foreign partners we have been continuing our operations in tourism, including management, incoming, outgoing, ingoing, rent a car, tour operations to charter, with Group "A" license through our domestic offices and facilities.

Since many years, our Group has been amongst the firms that have contributed to the inflow of foreign currency revenues to Turkey and has been rewarded with many plaques by the official authorities.
